How to cultivate long beans

Long beans (botanical name vigna unguiculata) are different from the common beans and are found in the warmer parts of the subtropical and tropical regions of South Asia, Southeast Asia, and Southern China.  The beans can grow up to a length of 35- to 75-cm.  Long beans are highly nutritious rich in protein, thiamin, riboflavin, phosphorous, potassium, vitamin A and C, and fiber.
