How to cultivate Okra/Ladies finger

Okra (ladies finger) is cultivated in the warm temperate, tropical, and subtropical regions around the world.   It is considered as a heart healthy food full of highly soluble and insoluble dietary fiber with folate, vitamin K, and vitamin C.   Its usage is known to prevent diabetes, asthma, cholesterol, constipation, obesity, and some forms of cancer.  It is also used in skin treatments.
